Teacher's Name-Nusrath Begum Teaching subject-English I'm Nusrat Begum asst teacher of GHS Masimadu. Iam promoted primary Urdu school to high school masimad in Kannada medium as a English teacher one month before. Some confusions and fear I carried daily in my mind after promotion about teaching, specially in Kannada medium,then I call to mr Guru Nath sir of Ranjol kheni,and discussed with him about so many topics and asked so many questions.like 1)-How we handle higher classes and mentain discipline in the class. 2)-I asked him that how he teach lessons and related grammar, what are the strategies he follows to keep giving knowledge in students mind. 3)how we develop students to write answers or solve paper in their own way. 4)-I asked him about mentaining personal documents as a high school teacher.
